駕駛(shi)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車(純電動)在高速(su)公路(lu)(lu)服務(wu)(wu)區充(chong)電時(shi)遇到(dao)一些痛(tong)點,希望(wang)能(neng)(neng)推進(jin)解決。一、充(chong)電樁(zhuang)(zhuang)少,大多數服務(wu)(wu)區只(zhi)有2—3個(ge)(ge)(ge)樁(zhuang)(zhuang),合(he)計4—6個(ge)(ge)(ge)槍頭(tou)。二、充(chong)電樁(zhuang)(zhuang)舊,且功(gong)率(lv)(lv)普遍較低,120KW的(de)(de)一個(ge)(ge)(ge)充(chong)電樁(zhuang)(zhuang)對應兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)(ge)槍頭(tou),一個(ge)(ge)(ge)槍頭(tou)只(zhi)能(neng)(neng)分60KW功(gong)率(lv)(lv),而電動車的(de)(de)需求是(shi)240KW,大多數情況下都達(da)不(bu)到(dao)需求功(gong)率(lv)(lv)的(de)(de)1/3。三、充(chong)電樁(zhuang)(zhuang)維(wei)護效果差,故障樁(zhuang)(zhuang)占(zhan)比較大。四、收(shou)費(fei)(fei)較高,高速(su)公路(lu)(lu)服務(wu)(wu)區充(chong)電費(fei)(fei)用普遍高于一般市(shi)區。五(wu)(wu)、部分地區通(tong)行時(shi)“油電不(bu)同權”,如開(kai)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車過瓊州海(hai)峽時(shi),有關單位以新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車不(bu)安全(quan)為(wei)由,限(xian)(xian)量裝載新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車,并(bing)公開(kai)直接(jie)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)市(shi)民(min)“不(bu)要(yao)開(kai)新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車過海(hai)”,這些相關政策阻礙(ai)了新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車的(de)(de)推廣(guang)和行業(ye)發展。針(zhen)對以上問題(ti),個(ge)(ge)(ge)人建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi):一是(shi)增加高速(su)公路(lu)(lu)服務(wu)(wu)區的(de)(de)充(chong)電樁(zhuang)(zhuang),不(bu)能(neng)(neng)低于6個(ge)(ge)(ge)樁(zhuang)(zhuang),每個(ge)(ge)(ge)槍頭(tou)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)低于120KW。二是(shi)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)針(zhen)對舊充(chong)電樁(zhuang)(zhuang)開(kai)展大排查(cha),逐(zhu)步有序(xu)更換或新設高功(gong)率(lv)(lv)充(chong)電樁(zhuang)(zhuang)。三是(shi)維(wei)護方面(mian),建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)設定充(chong)電樁(zhuang)(zhuang)故障率(lv)(lv)考核指標,充(chong)電高峰(feng)時(shi)段(duan)有專人指揮。四是(shi)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)方面(mian),建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)參考市(shi)區充(chong)電樁(zhuang)(zhuang)同功(gong)率(lv)(lv)同時(shi)段(duan)的(de)(de)收(shou)費(fei)(fei)標準收(shou)費(fei)(fei),超充(chong)的(de)(de)可以適(shi)當上調單價。五(wu)(wu)是(shi)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)進(jin)一步取消新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)車的(de)(de)通(tong)行限(xian)(xian)制。
