2015年,電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)汽車提(ti)出了換(huan)電(dian)(dian)池模(mo)式(shi),隨后充電(dian)(dian)和換(huan)電(dian)(dian)模(mo)式(shi)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)汽車界(jie)經過了很長一段時間的斗爭,直到(dao)今天(tian)仍有蔚來存(cun)在(zai)(zai),只(zhi)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)汽車為(wei)什么沒(mei)有大范圍使(shi)用換(huan)電(dian)(dian)池模(mo)式(shi)呢?
一、從理論上看,換電是電動汽車最好的加電方案
目前來(lai)看,換電(dian)(dian)(dian)模式(shi)逐漸淡出視野,從而造就了現今電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)界以插電(dian)(dian)(dian)式(shi)為主的局(ju)面。可是(shi)(shi),理論(lun)上換電(dian)(dian)(dian)是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)最好的加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方案,優勢如下:
一方面是(shi)可以徹底(di)解決加電(dian)(dian)速(su)度(du)的(de)(de)難(nan)題,換電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)間比(bi)如(ru)5分鐘(zhong),不(bu)會隨電(dian)(dian)池剩余電(dian)(dian)量而(er)變化的(de)(de)。相反,目前無論是(shi)特斯(si)拉的(de)(de)250kW超(chao)充還是(shi)保時(shi)(shi)捷的(de)(de)350kW超(chao)充都無法(fa)脫離傳統鋰電(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)充電(dian)(dian)控制特性,充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流會逐漸衰(shuai)減(jian),充電(dian)(dian)速(su)度(du)也隨之衰(shuai)減(jian)。
即使特(te)斯拉或保時(shi)捷超充站標(biao)稱(cheng)的極限功率也只能維持在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(SOC)較(jiao)低(di)時(shi)。網上(shang)實測Model3 LR版本使用Tesla V3充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)對(dui)比老(lao)V2充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)特(te)性曲(qu)線如下(xia):
可以看出(chu),V3充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(紅(hong)色實線(xian)(xian))相對V2充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(黃色虛(xu)線(xian)(xian))的真正優勢只是在(zai)電(dian)(dian)池SOC 0-50%左右這(zhe)個區間,當進(jin)入(ru)SOC 50% - 100%區間后,由于電(dian)(dian)池本身特性限(xian)制(zhi),V3和V2版本充(chong)電(dian)(dian)速度并沒有區別。
另一(yi)方(fang)面優(you)勢是可(ke)以輕松幫(bang)助用戶(hu)維(wei)護或(huo)升級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池包(bao)(bao)(bao),畢竟所有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池包(bao)(bao)(bao)設計都標準化,不(bu)同容量甚(shen)至不(bu)同技(ji)術電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池包(bao)(bao)(bao)可(ke)以進(jin)行(xing)靈活更換(huan),而(er)(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池系統(tong)的升級維(wei)修完全(quan)可(ke)以通(tong)過換(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站來實現而(er)(er)不(bu)需要“返廠”,而(er)(er)換(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)也為已有車主創造車型升級的可(ke)能性。蔚來在2019年推(tui)出(chu)新84kWh電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池包(bao)(bao)(bao)時,同時推(tui)出(chu)ES8老車主電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池升級方(fang)案(an)其實就是這個意圖了(le)。
二、為什么目前換電模式沒有被大范圍普及應用?
理論畢竟(jing)只是理論,在實際(ji)應用中,我們還需要考慮(lv)標(biao)準化、通用度、成(cheng)本和商業模式等,任何一個環節的(de)缺陷都可能導致(zhi)方案不具(ju)備實用價值,這(zhe)是目前換電沒有(you)被大范圍應用的(de)原(yuan)因。
首先是各個(ge)車(che)(che)企沒有(you)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)標準化(hua)。對于車(che)(che)企來說,換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)標準不(bu)統一,車(che)(che)輛(liang)本(ben)身電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池布置(zhi)和車(che)(che)身結構不(bu)同也導致(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池包設(she)計大(da)相徑庭,換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)無法在不(bu)同車(che)(che)企之間(jian)共享,建設(she)費用無法分攤(tan),像(xiang)蔚來第二代單個(ge)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的量產價(jia)格就(jiu)在150萬(wan)左右。造價(jia)高(gao)也就(jiu)罷了(le),一旦出現故(gu)障(zhang)難以遠程排(pai)查,直接導致(zhi)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)維(wei)護費用甚至比造價(jia)還高(gao)。像(xiang)蔚來每個(ge)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)都要配兩(liang)個(ge)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工程師24小時倒(dao)班進行換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)操作。
理想很(hen)豐滿現實很(hen)骨感(gan),2019年蔚來宣布換(huan)電(dian)免費時帶動一波(bo)銷量,可(ke)換(huan)電(dian)站建(jian)設(she)速度跟(gen)不(bu)上,用(yong)戶數量暴增(zeng)后排(pai)隊換(huan)電(dian),體(ti)驗(yan)變差(cha),2021年換(huan)電(dian)政策調整為每月免費4次(ci)。
比如(ru)上(shang)海(hai),目前(qian)蔚來換(huan)電站有(you)14個(ge),單個(ge)換(huan)電站選址高(gao),制造(zao)和維護成本(ben)也高(gao),速度起不(bu)來,相比超(chao)充建(jian)設的(de)靈活度和制造(zao)維護成本(ben)就低很多。而像(xiang)小鵬已經算是國內(nei)自有(you)超(chao)充建(jian)設速度最快(kuai)的(de)車企,在2020年底超(chao)充全國保有(you)量100個(ge)城市670座,上(shang)海(hai)目前(qian)也有(you)20座。
其次超(chao)充的(de)劣勢(shi)就是換電(dian)的(de)優(you)勢(shi),而換電(dian)的(de)劣勢(shi)就是超(chao)充的(de)優(you)勢(shi)。從實用角度看,超(chao)充建造成(cheng)本低,占地面積(ji)小,配置(zhi)數(shu)目靈(ling)活(huo),在各種生活(huo)場(chang)景中(zhong),從辦公區到(dao)公園、到(dao)商圈、再(zai)到(dao)機(ji)場(chang)火車站酒店等均可。
超(chao)充本(ben)身操作(zuo)簡(jian)單,加上專(zhuan)屬超(chao)充還可以通過(guo)車(che)牌(pai)識別自(zi)品牌(pai)車(che)輛直(zhi)接充電(dian),車(che)主完(wan)全可以自(zi)助操作(zuo),運營(ying)也可以直(zhi)接遠程監控、診(zhen)斷與調度維修,維護成本(ben)都遠低于換電(dian)站。
最后從(cong)消費(fei)者角度(du)看,我的一個朋友(you)自從(cong)P7交付后,到現在(zai)只有(you)20%時間(jian)(jian)用的是交流慢充,而80%卻在(zai)用超(chao)充站,疊加春(chun)節期間(jian)(jian)充電額度(du)返還活動(dong),算了(le)下每年(nian)3000度(du)免費(fei)額度(du)只用不(bu)到200度(du)。
當然(ran),超(chao)充(chong)對于換電(dian)也有個潛(qian)在缺點就是電(dian)池壽命,由(you)于電(dian)池老化,超(chao)充(chong)可能加速副反應或正負極(ji)/電(dian)解液結構損傷等。
總之,從2015年起,國內各個(ge)品牌(pai)的超(chao)充(chong)網絡飛速發(fa)展,但(dan)目(mu)前把換(huan)電(dian)玩得飛起的只有蔚(yu)來(lai),換(huan)電(dian)是個(ge)很(hen)好的加電(dian)解(jie)決方案,但(dan)因(yin)為成(cheng)本標準等(deng)問題(ti)才導致目(mu)前超(chao)充(chong)反而成(cheng)為主(zhu)流(liu)。但(dan)是無論是換(huan)電(dian)還是超(chao)充(chong)網絡的鋪(pu)設(she),其(qi)實正在改變(bian)我們對于電(dian)動車的用電(dian)焦慮,甚至也在改變(bian)我們對慢充(chong)和家充(chong)的依(yi)賴程度,未來(lai)也許會走(zou)向(xiang)只靠超(chao)充(chong)和換(huan)電(dian)就(jiu)能用電(dian)自由的快車道。
