7月20日,中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力企業(ye)聯合會電(dian)(dian)(dian)動交(jiao)通與(yu)儲能(neng)分(fen)會副(fu)秘書長周麗波(bo)在2024電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網新(xin)質(zhi)生產力發(fa)展(zhan)交(jiao)流研討會上表示,到今年6月底,我國(guo)已經建成充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)數量突破1000萬(wan)臺;中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(che)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)基礎設施促(cu)進(jin)聯盟產業(ye)研究部(bu)主任(ren)李康預計今年充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)增量約為300萬(wan)臺,其中三分(fen)之二是(shi)(shi)隨車(che)樁(zhuang),三分(fen)之一是(shi)(shi)公共充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)。
針對如何構(gou)建充(chong)電(dian)(dian)行(xing)業(ye)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發展,周(zhou)麗波表示不管是(shi)超充(chong)、換電(dian)(dian)還是(shi)無(wu)線充(chong)電(dian)(dian)等其他的(de)(de)(de)(de)補(bu)能方式(shi),都構(gou)成了(le)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)立(li)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系,都是(shi)其中不可(ke)或缺的(de)(de)(de)(de)一部分。國網智慧車聯網技術有(you)限(xian)公司副總經理、黨委(wei)委(wei)員王文認(ren)(ren)為建設充(chong)電(dian)(dian)設施網絡的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系應持(chi)續(xu)關注用戶(hu)在充(chong)電(dian)(dian)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)痛點,打(da)造站好(hao)找、樁好(hao)用、充(chong)得快、充(chong)得安全;在特來(lai)電(dian)(dian)新能源股份有(you)限(xian)公司董事長于(yu)德翔看來(lai),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)行(xing)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)發展不僅(jin)僅(jin)要(yao)面向(xiang)今天的(de)(de)(de)(de)快充(chong),更要(yao)面向(xiang)未來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)網,能源的(de)(de)(de)(de)交易、能源的(de)(de)(de)(de)交互。南方電(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車服務(wu)有(you)限(xian)公司董事長陳海強(qiang)則認(ren)(ren)為要(yao)建設充(chong)電(dian)(dian)行(xing)業(ye)互利共贏的(de)(de)(de)(de)生態,而不是(shi)相互卷的(de)(de)(de)(de)生態。

不過,目前業內認為充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)行業存在充(chong)(chong)換電(dian)設(she)施(shi)的布(bu)局不夠完(wan)善(shan),結構不夠合理,服務不夠均(jun)衡,運營不夠規范等問題(ti)。此外李康表示主(zhu)要充(chong)(chong)電(dian)基礎設(she)施(shi)還是(shi)分布(bu)在經濟(ji)發達(da)的區(qu)(qu)(qu)域,一些縣(xian)鄉或者農(nong)村區(qu)(qu)(qu)域的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)布(bu)局相對(dui)不完(wan)善(shan),公(gong)共充(chong)(chong)電(dian)設(she)施(shi)的短板還需(xu)要居住(zhu)區(qu)(qu)(qu)的相互配合,完(wan)成充(chong)(chong)電(dian)的補能;與此同(tong)時老舊小區(qu)(qu)(qu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)便利性非常不足(zu)是(shi)居住(zhu)區(qu)(qu)(qu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)面(mian)臨的比較大的關鍵難題(ti)。
“充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)未來的(de)發(fa)展將(jiang)(jiang)適(shi)應充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)景高(gao)效服務應用(yong)需(xu)求(qiu),呈(cheng)現綜合、立體、多(duo)元(yuan)化的(de)總體發(fa)展趨勢。”周(zhou)麗波表示,“隨著電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)傳導充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統和供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備的(de)兩項強制性標準即將(jiang)(jiang)報批發(fa)布實施(shi),行業的(de)準入(ru)門檻一定是提升的(de)狀態。充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)將(jiang)(jiang)提高(gao)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)效率,實現自動充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)體驗,智能運維技術和人工智能將(jiang)(jiang)廣泛應用(yong)于充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)網(wang)絡,基礎設(she)施(shi)將(jiang)(jiang)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)力能源特別是可(ke)再生能源高(gao)效互動,呈(cheng)現深度(du)融合的(de)趨勢。”(新(xin)京報)
