日前,中國消費者協會對外發布《新能(neng)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車消費與公共充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁使用情況調(diao)查(cha)報(bao)告》。報(bao)告顯示,新能(neng)源(yuan)汽車及(ji)(ji)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁政(zheng)策(ce)普及(ji)(ji)率高,消費者對新能(neng)源(yuan)汽車發展整體(ti)較為支持;充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁安全性(xing)(xing)、結算便捷性(xing)(xing)、報(bao)修及(ji)(ji)時(shi)性(xing)(xing)等滿意(yi)度較高,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)價(jia)格滿意(yi)度、結算準確性(xing)(xing)有待提升。
調(diao)查結果顯示:一(yi)是(shi)國產新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)(che)受(shou)(shou)(shou)消(xiao)(xiao)費者(zhe)歡(huan)迎(ying),消(xiao)(xiao)費者(zhe)車(che)(che)輛使用(yong)年限多在(zai)3年以內(nei)。二是(shi)受(shou)(shou)(shou)訪者(zhe)普遍認可新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)(che),使用(yong)自有(you)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁、車(che)(che)輛充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)間短的(de)(de)(de)受(shou)(shou)(shou)訪者(zhe)推(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)度(du)(du)(du)高(gao)(gao),自有(you)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁車(che)(che)主的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)滿(man)(man)(man)意度(du)(du)(du)(充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁充(chong)(chong)(chong)足性(xing)(xing)、布局合理性(xing)(xing)、充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)價格、結算(suan)準確性(xing)(xing)等方面(mian))均高(gao)(gao)于選擇其他(ta)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方式的(de)(de)(de)受(shou)(shou)(shou)訪者(zhe)。三是(shi)公(gong)共(gong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離和(he)等候時(shi)(shi)間總(zong)體較(jiao)短,提升了(le)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)便(bian)利性(xing)(xing),但(dan)不同(tong)渠(qu)道的(de)(de)(de)受(shou)(shou)(shou)訪者(zhe)群體所反饋的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)共(gong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁社區(qu)覆蓋(gai)率調(diao)查結果存在(zai)差異。四(si)是(shi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁安全性(xing)(xing)、結算(suan)便(bian)捷性(xing)(xing)滿(man)(man)(man)意度(du)(du)(du)較(jiao)高(gao)(gao),滿(man)(man)(man)意度(du)(du)(du)均在(zai)80%以上(shang),充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)價格、結算(suan)準確性(xing)(xing)有(you)待進一(yi)步提升。五(wu)是(shi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)應用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)品牌較(jiao)分(fen)散(san),不同(tong)品牌推(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)度(du)(du)(du)差異明顯,各(ge)品牌充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)運營商的(de)(de)(de)推(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)度(du)(du)(du)與凈推(tui)薦(jian)(jian)(jian)值基本成(cheng)(cheng)正比。六是(shi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁報修及時(shi)(shi)性(xing)(xing)、服務(wu)響(xiang)應滿(man)(man)(man)意度(du)(du)(du)相對較(jiao)高(gao)(gao),滿(man)(man)(man)意度(du)(du)(du)均超過78%。七是(shi)新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)(che)及充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁政策普及率高(gao)(gao),消(xiao)(xiao)費者(zhe)對新(xin)(xin)能源(yuan)(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)(che)發展整體較(jiao)為支持(chi)。八是(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)費者(zhe)期望充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)省時(shi)(shi)省錢又(you)便(bian)利,較(jiao)能接受(shou)(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)單次(ci)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)間、單次(ci)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)價格分(fen)別集中在(zai)1小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)以內(nei)和(he)30元以內(nei),期望盡量(liang)安裝(zhuang)快充(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁、充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁位置(zhi)設置(zhi)更(geng)加(jia)便(bian)利。九是(shi)無固定車(che)(che)位、場地(di)有(you)限、物業(ye)不允許或不配(pei)合、基礎(chu)設施配(pei)套不成(cheng)(cheng)熟等成(cheng)(cheng)為充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁安裝(zhuang)難的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)痛點。
中(zhong)國消費者協會于2022年(nian)下半年(nian)針對新能源電動汽車消費狀況與公共(gong)充電樁(zhuang)的使用情況進行專項(xiang)調查(cha)(cha)。本次調查(cha)(cha)采(cai)用線(xian)上(shang)調查(cha)(cha)和現場調查(cha)(cha)兩種方(fang)式收集(ji)問卷。線(xian)上(shang)線(xian)下渠道共(gong)收集(ji)有效(xiao)問卷13425份(fen),廣泛(fan)覆蓋各省、自治區和直轄市。
